At Savers / Value Village, our Sales Floor Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Sales Floor Associates.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail or customer service industry.
  • Familiarity with thrift store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and team members.
  • Assist in the sales floor operations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Process donations and merchandise in accordance with company standards.
