About The Position

Savers, an international thrift retailer, is looking to fill Retail Manager position(s). This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the company's mission and values.

  • Experience in thrift or secondhand retail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the service side of the stores or the backroom product flow function.
  • Manage store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee team members and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and inventory management.
