About The Position

Savers, an international thrift retailer, is looking to fill Department Manager position(s). This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the company's mission and values.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in thrift retail or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the service side of the stores or the backroom product flow function.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Manage and train team members to achieve store goals.
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
