About The Position

At Savers / Value Village our Customer Service Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Associates.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with thrift store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and team members.
  • Engage with customers and assist them with their needs.
  • Support the donation process and ensure a positive experience for donors.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming store environment.
