About The Position

A high-volume restaurant group located in Midtown is seeking an experienced Saute Cook to prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Saute Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of sautéing techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • High level of professionalism and teamwork.
  • Restaurant industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes using sautéing techniques according to recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock the sauté station with all necessary supplies.
  • Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
