Requirements

• High School education preferred.
• Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia).

• Basic knowledge of cooking equipment in assigned cooking station.
• Ability to startup, shut down, shift maintenance, clean and repair as needed.
• Desire to maintain a clean and organized cooking station.

Responsibilities

• Ensure only 'fresh' high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes.
• Ensure proper recipes are displayed on the monitor during the preparation and cooking process.
• Thrive on ensuring proper food cooling, storage, labeling, and dating.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
• Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
