About The Position
The Assistant Director for the Educational Talent Search (ETS) and Upward Bound (UB) programs is responsible for assisting the Director in providing staff and programmatic supervision. The ETS/UB Assistant Director will also work as a liaison between the program and all target schools, in addition to attending work-related conferences or workshops. The position involves year-round, on-site coordination and leadership of the TRIO program initiatives, overseeing staff, and ensuring that program objectives are met for first-generation, low-income, and disabled students.
