About The Position
The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is seeking motivated and engaging SAT or ACT tutors for assignments with students in grades 9-12 in Millburn, NJ and surrounding communities. Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12 Tutoring sessions generally last from 60-90 minutes A flexible schedule with assignments scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during the school week and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days Materials provided for test prep tutoring No marketing required
Requirements
- Submit a resume which highlights the subjects you tutor and the length of time you have been tutoring (or teaching) in a paid capacity.
- 3-12 hours per week of availability
- Earned Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrable experience as a math teacher, a math tutor, or an SAT math section specialist
- Strong past test scores
- Exceptional communication skills
- A passion for helping others learn
