IRC Dallas’ health and wellness programming has grown significantly over the past several years. Further developing services that enhance the health and well-being of refugee and immigrant communities is part of the office’s strategic vision. The SAS Program Manager will manage IRC Dallas’ Social Adjustment Services, and SOR programs. As programs expand, additional programs may be added. Responsibilities will include staff management and support, program management, grants management, grant writing, project design and development, strategic planning, partner relationship management, monitoring and evaluation, and all aspects of program management in collaboration with program teams. This position reports to the Deputy Director of programs.
