Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAS programming, including Base SAS, SAS Macros, SQL, and Procedures.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing principles.
  • Exposure to Java and ReactJS is a plus, especially in migration or hybrid environments.
  • Experience with SAS Data Integration Studio or SAS Visual Analytics is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAS programs to support ongoing data operations during the migration phase.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate SAS logic into scalable Java-based backend services and ReactJS front-end components.
  • Participate in the design and execution of ETL workflows transitioning from SAS to modern data platforms.
  • Assist in reverse-engineering legacy SAS code and documenting business logic for redevelopment.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between SAS outputs and new Java/React implementations.
  • Support the migration team with SAS expertise, ensuring continuity and accuracy during platform transition.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable components and services in Java and ReactJS where applicable.
