About The Position
The Saratoga High School Coach position is a part-time role located at 20300 Herriman Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about coaching and working with high school students in a sports environment. Coaches will be responsible for guiding and mentoring student-athletes, fostering their skills, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. The role requires a commitment to the development of the athletes both on and off the field, ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience during their time in the program. Coaches are expected to adhere to all safety protocols and training requirements, including obtaining fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and FBI, as well as TB clearance prior to starting their coaching duties. Additionally, coaches must complete various certifications within 30 days of starting, including CPR/First Aid certification, CIF - Fundamentals of Coaching Certification, Concussion Training, and Safety Training. This ensures that all coaches are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide a safe and effective coaching environment. The compensation for this position is based on the coach's years of high school coaching experience, with a salary range of $4,306.00 to $5,962.00 per year. All coaches receive their full stipend amount at the conclusion of the Spring coaching season, with no exceptions.
