EDC is the Employer! SAP WCF OCOF Consultant - Hybrid Remote Overview •SAP Consultant with deep Overseas Contingency Operations Funds (OCOF) experience in a Working Capital Fund (WCF) environment to support the Army’s Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). This role focuses on WCF/OCOF, not General Fund, and is expected to be primarily virtual, supporting a distributed government and contractor team. Responsibilities • Serve as a subjectmatter expert for WCF and OCOF financial processes within SAP as implemented in LMP. • Lead and participate in requirementsgathering and solution design sessions focused on WCF/OCOF, cost recovery, rates, and reimbursable activity. • Configure and support relevant SAP finance and controlling components (e.g., FI/CO, WCF structures, OCOFrelated processes) to align with Army logistics and financial policies. • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements that enhance auditability, cost transparency, and compliance for OCOF execution. • Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams (finance, logistics, supply, technical/BASIS, development) to deliver integrated, endtoend LMP solutions. • Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) for changes impacting WCF/OCOF, including test planning, test case development, and defect resolution. • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration rationales, and user guidance for OCOF related capabilities. • Provide knowledge transfer, coaching, and troubleshooting support to Army users and other project team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, SAP in a WCF, with specific expertise in OCOF, requirements facilitation, solution design, and configuration for complex financial processes, in US Army LMP enterprise enviornment.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
  • MUST Be Available for Hybrid Remote with travel to an Alexandira, Virginia location.
  • REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret.
