About The Position

As a Training Consultant, you will design, develop, and deliver training that helps client users successfully adopt SAP solutions implemented by Argano. You’ll partner closely with functional and technical consultants—and collaborate with change management—to tailor content, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and support knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design or a related field, preferred.
• 2+ years in training, learning & development, or instructional design, with proven content development skills.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud) processes preferred but not necessary.
• Practical involvement across at least one ERP project lifecycle (plan/design/delivery of training content) a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Exceptional verbal/written communication; ability to simplify complex, technical topics.
• Strong instructional design capability and patient, engaging facilitation style.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles; basic project management to manage multiple training deliverables.
• Experience with LMS and digital adoption tools (SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Signavio) preferred.
• Technical aptitude and strong customer orientation; collaborative, feedback-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user and train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions for SAP solutions.
• Participate in training needs analysis to identify role-based learning requirements and gaps.
• Contribute to the training plan and curriculum (e-learning, simulations, hands-on exercises, and classroom content); maintain training trackers and schedules.
• Create high-quality training assets (facilitator guides, slide decks, e-learning, simulations) aligned to business processes and system configuration.
• Coordinate localization/translation of materials, as needed.
• Monitor training effectiveness (e.g., quizzes, surveys), analyze feedback, and iterate content.
• Support hypercare and post–go-live enablement to reinforce adoption and stabilize processes.
• Collaborate closely with change management, functional, and technical teams for smooth user adoption and knowledge transfer.
