About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional SME to join a high-impact project for a global consulting leader. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for S4HANA TM configuration and end-to-end logistics solutions. You will work at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution, leading a team to deliver high-quality application enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management and S4HANA configuration.
• Strong background in end-to-end logistics business processes.
• Proven experience in a Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity.
• Excellent advisory and consulting skills.

Nice To Haves

• SAP TM Certification.
• Experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• Familiarity with TM integration with EWM.
• Previous experience working in Agile/Jira environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration of S4HANA TM modules to support business needs.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end logistics and transportation processes.
• Act as a technical lead, mentoring junior developers and overseeing team deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.
• Ensure application quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
