About The Position
As an SAP SuccessFactors Business Integration Builder (BIB) Consultant, the associate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP BIB, Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting modules. The primary focus will be to develop and implement effective solutions that streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Finance, and IT-to analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors processes, BIB/EC/ONB/Recruiting modules, and strong problem-solving abilities.
