We are seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrators to join our HR Technology team—focusing on either Employee Central and Global Benefits, or on Recruiting and Onboarding. As a SAP SuccessFactors Administrator, you will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors platform, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience. You will serve as a functional expert, working closely with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure our systems are aligned with organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with hands-on configuration and daily support of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Deep expertise in one or more modules: Employee Central & Global Benefits OR Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, including data management, recruitment, and benefits
  • Experience with system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Understanding of role-based permissions, security administration, and data privacy compliance

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily configuration, support, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors modules and related HCM systems
  • Manage updates and integrations, and ensure accurate, compliant data exchange with internal and external platforms
  • Collaborate on system projects and implementations with cross-functional teams to optimize system capabilities and ensure seamless execution
  • Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements
  • Lead testing, deliver end-user training, and resolve system issues to ensure functionality, adoption, and data integrity
  • Ensure system compliance, manage upgrades and patches, and support reporting, analytics, and audits
