About The Position
The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program designed to employ students over internships or co-ops, with the ultimate goal being full-time employment and integration with SAP upon graduation. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAP's Product Engineering, Customer Services and Delivery, Technology & Innovation, and Customer Success board areas. Selected students will be eligible to complete an international rotation at their choice of one of over 200 worldwide office locations. STAR students first receive a full range of formal training on SAP's core technology stack and soft skills, prior to entering their specific department. Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time). Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well-positioned for full-time employment in one of the appropriate areas of the business at SAP.
