This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren – GM Global Technical Center three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business. The RTP (Request to Pay)/PTD (Plan to Deliver) Solution Practices work collaboratively with our IT Configuration and Development partners as well as our Business Stakeholders to transform our current SAP landscape from SRM/ECC to S4/Ariba/Central Procurement. All design work follows the “clean core” principle to minimize system customization. We are following a tailored Project Management Methodology (BOP “Bill of Process”) which takes our projects from Discovery thru Execution to Implementation. The Execution Phase follows Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall application development methodologies. We are looking for a versatile and agile individual who is a quick learner and will actively support our Scrum Teams, Stakeholder Management and Application Design & Development activities. We are looking for a team member with a solid SAP background (ideally in the Procure to Pay and/or Materials Management space), experience in Agile methodology (creation of features and user stories, backlog management), Business Process Mapping (ideally in Signavio) and Project Management. Our work requires a high level of agility, resilience, attention to detail, passion for working with complex spreadsheets and large amounts of data, team orientation, willingness and ability to learn new things, initiative and customer centricity.
