Our SAP Practice is looking for an SAP S/4 Business Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join us as we grow. We're looking for someone to play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation as we help clients to define and implement solutions that create incredible outcomes. Specifically, this role will support North American customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. To be successful, you'll need an eye for innovation as well as extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Utilities, along with strong domain experience in Vendor Management. This role will require advisory skills, expertise, and dedication, and you'll be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participating in solution discussions and workshops, bringing thought leadership, vision, and the know-how to make big ideas a reality. Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in SAP ISU and S4HANA
• Strong pre-sales and delivery experience in the utilities industry
• Experience in leading functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA ISU and CX solutions
• Ability to define end-to-end functional architecture for SAP ISU modules
• Integration experience with SAP ISU, C4C, and other systems
• Experience with Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrators
• Strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to lead design workshops and full-cycle SAP ISU implementation projects
• Experience in guiding and leading teams in SAP utilities processes

Responsibilities

• SAP ISU Experience - 15+ years' experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP ISU including S4HANA
• Have strong pre-sales and delivery experience working as an architect or SME in utilities industry standards.
• Experience leading the functional design with work stream leads, business requirements and implementation of SAP S/4HANA ISU and CX solution processes and configuration.
• Should be able to define end-to-end functional architecture for SAP ISU modules including Billing, FICA, DM, MPM and Customer Service.
• Integration experience between SAP ISU, C4C, and other edge systems in the enterprise landscape.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.
• Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
• Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
• Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
• Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP ISU implementation projects.
• Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in designing, and building the process in SAP utilities, both onsite and offshore.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
