The SAP Solution Architect (PTP, MTS, QM) at NAVA Software Solutions is a pivotal role designed for a technical leader who will architect, implement, and optimize SAP solutions tailored for a greenfield LNG company. This position is crucial in ensuring that the financial, procure-to-pay, and maintenance operations are powered by the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA and Business Technology Platform (BTP). The architect will focus on establishing robust financial controls, insightful reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional team members across various SAP modules and non-SAP solutions within the LNG business, ensuring that all solutions comply with change control procedures and maintain operational procedures around supported environments. In this role, the architect will lead the technical design of integrated SAP solutions specifically for Procure to Pay (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM). This includes ensuring seamless integration with Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) within the SAP S/4HANA environment and other non-SAP systems. The architect will also be responsible for designing solutions that meet LNG-specific requirements, such as hydrocarbon management, asset tracking, and regulatory compliance. The position involves overseeing technical implementation projects, which encompass system configuration, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems. Additionally, the architect will leverage SAP and BTP workflow capabilities to automate business processes, thereby improving operational efficiency. The role also requires configuring and customizing SAP and non-SAP reporting tools to provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance. Staying updated with the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and SAP Fiori, is essential, as is liaising with the SAP Application Management Support (AMS) team to implement necessary configuration changes. The architect will collaborate with internal business customers and support team members to plan and execute user acceptance testing for new and modified processes and system components. Furthermore, maintaining documentation on all SAP production system changes and updates is critical for internal and external audit purposes and best practice system management. The architect will provide technical leadership and guidance to both functional and technical SAP teams and mentor junior SAP consultants on technical best practices.
