EDC Consulting LLC seeks an experienced SAP ERP professional to provide advanced leadership, technical, and advisory support for Navy acquisition, business operations, systems requirements, test and evaluation, training programs, and SAP ERP implementations. The SME will play a critical role in guiding project teams and ensuring successful client outcomes aligned with NAVAIR NEBO’s mission.

  • Serve as a recognized industry and public sector leader in one or more 'Relevant Technical Disciplines' such as Business Operations, Systems/Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP ECC or S/4HANA solutions, including direct involvement with complex system integrations and deployments.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams, deliver strategic recommendations, and facilitate the development of best practices across Navy ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support data analysis, solution architecture, and continuous process improvement, emphasizing configuration control, software testing, and supportability.
  • Develop and deliver advanced training and evaluation programs tailored to mission-critical needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet rigorous DoD and Navy requirements for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Minimum 8–15 years SAP ECC S/4HANA experience, with implementation, business operations, systems requirements, operational requirements, test/IVV, training in a defense, government, or complex enterprise environment.
  • MUST BE Available for On Site Work!
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM, Business Operation Degree or Related Fields.
  • REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.
