Work you'll do: As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help clients solve important HR issues by: Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client Leading and managing teams to contribute to the overall project success Managing and maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Enjoy the chance to build strong relationships with the client and project team. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations.
Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Nice To Haves

Prior consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients
Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
Experience managing projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
