Work you'll do: As a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help clients solve important HR issues by:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations.
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Nice To Haves

  • Prior consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients
  • Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
  • Experience managing projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation

  • Leading and managing teams to contribute to the overall project success
  • Managing and maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
