About The Position

The SAP Service Management Senior Analyst will be a key participant in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionality with SAP supporting the Service processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex SAP projects and driving process improvements. In this role you will report to the SAP OTC Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Management.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with In-house repair, Field Service and Service Contract processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, implement and maintain global Service Management solutions to support business processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document systems, business process requirements and gaps between the SAP global template through workshops, meetings, and site visits.
  • Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4.
  • Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements.
  • Take part in design, build, test, data migration and training activities during the project, as well as support activities after go-live.
  • Manage and prioritize the Service Management enhancement backlog.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
