Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
  • A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years’ of experience in Net New sales within the ERP industry.
  • Good experience and exposure to SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, capturing new market opportunities, and expanding customer base.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large sales teams and Net New quota through ERP SaaS products, preferably with experience in S/4HANA Cloud solutions or SAP Business ByDesign.
  • Familiar with SAP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
  • Understands how SAP ERP solutions can address business needs and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales quota targets set by the company.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected challenges or setbacks.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to prospects, demonstrating the value and benefits of our S/4HANA Cloud Public & Private and BTP solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects and implementation consultants, to develop customized client proposals and solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Assess the viability of leads through initial conversations, understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their business.
  • Engage with various stakeholders within the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, IT managers, and end-users.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options.
  • Drive the sales process to a successful close, meeting or exceeding sales targets for new business.
