About The Position

SAP Security Specialist Job Title SAP Security Specialist Project SAP Optimization Manufacturing Project Project Purpose Optimize and stabilize SAP usage across manufacturing operations, with a focus on finance, supply chain, security, and integrations. Role Purpose Own and manage SAP security, roles, and authorizations to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient access for manufacturing, plant, and corporate users during ongoing SAP optimization efforts. Core Responsibilities • Design, configure, and maintain SAP roles and authorization objects • Manage transaction code access aligned to manufacturing and plant user needs • Support segregation of duties analysis and remediation • Partner with SAP Finance and Supply Chain teams to align security with optimized processes • Support user provisioning, access changes, and emergency access procedures • Assist with security remediation related to audits, controls, and compliance • Support security stabilization efforts during SAP optimization and change initiatives • Troubleshoot authorization issues impacting plant and business operations Required Background • Hands on SAP security and authorizations experience • Experience managing roles for manufacturing, plant, and operations users • Strong understanding of transaction level access control • Experience supporting SAP in active operational environments • Familiarity with segregation of duties concepts and controls Preferred Experience • Experience supporting SAP ECC or S4 environments • Exposure to manufacturing finance or supply chain processes • Experience working alongside SAP functional teams during optimization or transformation programs • Audit or compliance support experience Work Environment • Manufacturing focused SAP environment • Close collaboration with plant operations, IT, and business stakeholders • Long term optimization and stabilization program North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions! Requirements

Hands on SAP security and authorizations experience
Experience managing roles for manufacturing, plant, and operations users
Strong understanding of transaction level access control
Experience supporting SAP in active operational environments
Familiarity with segregation of duties concepts and controls
