You Are: An experienced SAP Security Lead with deep expertise in SAP Authorizations and security design. You excel at leading teams, driving end-to-end security implementations, engaging with cross-functional groups, and making high-impact decisions. You bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence across teams to deliver secure, scalable, best practice SAP solutions. The Work: Ensure all security solutions align with business requirements and approved business process designs. Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Security and Authorizations. Manage and mentor the security team to perform effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with multiple functional, technical, and business teams across the project. Own and influence key decisions related to SAP security architecture and design. Provide problem-solving leadership for issues impacting multiple workstreams. Define, update, and maintain project plans to manage progress, risks, and dependencies. Implement best practices for business function to processes and enhance operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience with SAP Authorizations.
• Minimum of three years of experience with SAP IT & Business Controls
• Minimum of three years of experience with SAP BTP Security.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years' equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• You have prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• You have hands-on experience with SAP BW/4Hana migrations.
• You have exposure to SAP cloud solutions and modern identity management tools.
• You bring strong analytical skills and excel in problem resolution across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP Security design in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience managing large-scale project deliverables and leading technical teams.
