SAP Security Control Principal

SAP Security & Control Principal is the technology leader responsible for LYB's SAP security and control applications, processes and procedures and best practices. He/ she brings the breadth and depth of SAP specific security & control automation expertise to LYB's business transformation. He/ she will provide technology leadership to all strategic initiatives around growing & upgrading the core, building a profitable Circular & Low Carbon Solutions Business and stepping up performance and culture. He/she will be responsible for managing the security & control solutions, defining best practices and lead the roadmap development for the security and control organization. The SAP Security & Control Principal will lead the efforts around developing the best practice security procedures and guiding principles for our business transformation towards SAP S/4 and manage the SAP security and control related activities as part of the deployment programs. The SAP Security & Control Principal provides mentoring and guidance to other employees. He/ she will collaborate across the functions and business units including business units, Internal Controls and Cyber Security team to gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches, and define deliverables required to implement sustainable solutions while ensuring SOX, SOD and audit compliance. The incumbent will manage programs security and control streams while providing directions for solving highly complex problems and maintaining the highest level of influence on projects and stakeholders.
