About the position
The SAP Security Analyst at Mohawk Industries, Inc. is responsible for troubleshooting and managing a spectrum of SAP systems including ECC, S/4, Fiori, NetWeaver, GRC, Solman, Ariba, and Cloud platforms. The role involves designing, building, testing, and implementing composite and single roles based on project and continuous support needs, in collaboration with the EMEA/Dal-Tile counterpart. The analyst will guard the Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules that apply to the security setup and role assignment to users, conduct security research, oversee SAP S4 Hana security implementations, and contribute to identity and access management using Sail Point Administration and Azure Active Directory. The position also requires acting as a strategic advisor on SAP processes, supporting audits, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and manage a spectrum of SAP systems including ECC, S/4, Fiori, NetWeaver, GRC, Solman, Ariba, and Cloud platforms.
- Design, build, test, and implement composite and single roles based on project and continuous support needs.
- Guard the Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules that apply to the security setup and role assignment to users.
- Conduct and aid in security research with recommendations for action on IT-related topics.
- Oversee end-to-end SAP S4 Hana security implementations and migrations.
- Contribute to identity and access management using Sail Point Administration and Azure Active Directory.
- Act as the Strategic Advisor on SAP processes, workflow methodologies, and industry-leading practices.
- Communicate requirements to workstream leads and stakeholders.
- Support both internal and external teams during Quarterly/Annual Audits, focusing on Cyber Security and SOX compliance.
- Implement security controls and collaborate with stakeholders throughout application implementations.
- Identify and address application security issues and cloud security controls.
- Ensure robust controls within SAP security, aligning with Internal Audit and IT Compliance requirements.
- Evaluate GRC controls, identify areas for enhancement, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and devise strategies to mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Coordinate GRC audits and liaise with internal and external auditors as necessary.
- Provide training and support to end-users, fostering GRC awareness and promoting best practices.
- Create GRC Rulesets for IT Critical and Business Sensitive Access reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field of study.
- 10 years of experience in a globally organized SAP team.
- 10 years of combined experience in SAP ECC & SAP S/4 modules: MM, FI, CO, PP, SD, PM, ARA, EAM, TMS, EWM, and MES.
- 5 years of technical experience in SAP security.
- 5 years of experience utilizing Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Module.
- 5 years of combined experience supporting internal & external audits.
