We are seeking a results-driven SAP S/4HANA Reporting & Analytics Implementation Manager to lead the strategic design and execution of reporting capabilities as part of our global SAP S/4HANA business transformation program. This leadership role will manage the enterprise-wide reporting and analytics workstream, ensuring actionable insights are embedded into the new digital core. This role will report to the overall SAP S4 Program Leader. Required Experience:The ideal candidate has successfully led an ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA transformation for the Reporting and Analytics workstream in a global, highly regulated environment. Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional ERP programs with discipline, urgency, and a focus on measurable business value is essential.

  • Own the Reporting & Analytics workstreams within the broader SAP S/4HANA program.
  • Manage planning, resourcing, timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment for these domains.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between business functions, data teams, system integrators, and technical teams
  • Lead the design and delivery of real-time and embedded analytics leveraging SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales.
  • Oversee the migration and retirement of legacy BI systems and reports.
  • Champion a self-service analytics culture through enablement of business users and training.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure global alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • Interface with all levels of management to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning execution, change management and keep leadership well informed.
  • Tracks status and metrics on the project delivery and value; escalates to functional management upon identification of deviations (or potential deviations) from plan and budget.
  • Monitors program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resolves and/or escalates program-related issues in a timely fashion.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, reporting, or analytics roles, with at least 2–3 years in a program management capacity.
  • Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation project with a focus on analytics.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, Fiori, and SAC.
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and working with SI partners.
  • Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, or SAP Activate methodologies.
  • Must possess a valid passport
  • International travel required
  • Position is on-site in Lakewood, Colorado
  • Familiarity with Databricks for data engineering and analytics (considered a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP Information Steward, SAP Signavio, or SAP Data Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with executive leadership.
  • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Analytics preferred
