About The Position
As a SAP S4HANA Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex SAP initiatives while aligning with business objectives and industry best practices. You will be a valued member of the SAP Program Management team and work collaboratively with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. In this role, you will: Oversee end-to-end SAP program execution, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management. Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Apply deep knowledge of utility processes (billing, customer service, asset management, meter-to-cash) to SAP program design. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to align program goals with organizational strategy. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in Utilities/ISU.
- Hands-on experience leading ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Deep understanding of SAP ISU and utility industry processes.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and multi-disciplinary teams.
