About The Position

CTG is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Service Management Lead (Solution Quotation) for a 12-month contract position located in San Diego, CA. This role involves leading the design of SAP S/4HANA Service Management across various processes including service orders, service contracts, subscriptions, and billing. The lead will be responsible for architecting and configuring Solution Quotation for complex offerings, defining pricing structures, and driving end-to-end solution design aligned with Finance and Revenue Recognition requirements. Key activities include facilitating fit-to-standard workshops, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, ensuring integration across SAP Finance, Sales, and Service modules, and minimizing custom development by leveraging standard SAP capabilities. The role also involves leading testing cycles, including integration testing and UAT support, and providing functional leadership to cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • SAP S/4HANA Service Management (service orders, contracts, subscriptions)
  • Strong expertise in Solution Quotation configuration and pricing models
  • Experience with subscription and usage-based service models
  • SAP integration knowledge across FI/CO, SD, and Revenue Recognition
  • Strong business process design and solution architecture skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience reducing customization through SAP standard capabilities
  • 8+ years of SAP functional experience
  • 3–5+ years in SAP S/4HANA Service Management
  • Proven leadership in large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with Solution Quotation in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience working with Finance, Sales, and Service cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required

Nice To Haves

  • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Service, SD, or related modules preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management design across service orders, service contracts, subscriptions, and billing processes
  • Architect and configure Solution Quotation for complex offerings, including bundled products/services, subscription-based, and usage-based models
  • Define pricing structures, configuration logic, and dependency rules within Solution Quotation and related SAP frameworks
  • Drive end-to-end solution design aligned with Finance and Revenue Recognition requirements
  • Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, requirements gathering, and gap analysis with business stakeholders
  • Ensure integration across SAP Finance, Sales, and Service modules for seamless end-to-end processes
  • Evaluate and minimize custom development by leveraging SAP standard capabilities, workflows, and validation frameworks
  • Lead testing cycles including integration testing and UAT support
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
