CTG is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Service Management Lead (Solution Quotation) for a 12-month contract position located in San Diego, CA. This role involves leading the design of SAP S/4HANA Service Management across various processes including service orders, service contracts, subscriptions, and billing. The lead will be responsible for architecting and configuring Solution Quotation for complex offerings, defining pricing structures, and driving end-to-end solution design aligned with Finance and Revenue Recognition requirements. Key activities include facilitating fit-to-standard workshops, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, ensuring integration across SAP Finance, Sales, and Service modules, and minimizing custom development by leveraging standard SAP capabilities. The role also involves leading testing cycles, including integration testing and UAT support, and providing functional leadership to cross-functional teams.
