About The Position

VistaVu Solutions is looking for a seasoned Consultant to join our dynamic S/4HANA Support Team as an SAP SD Consultant. This opportunity is worth considering if you are looking for a rapidly growing business and an exciting workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP S/4HANA environments (Public, Private and On Premise) as well as ECC in a production landscape. This role focuses on incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, system monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure stable and efficient business operations. The consultant works closely with business users and other members of the support team to support end-to-end SAP business processes and maintain system reliability.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of SAP experience supporting SD modules.
  • A minimum of 10 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • Hands on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud, S/4HANA Private Cloud, S/4HANA On Premise and/or ECC.
  • Understanding of sales and distribution business processes.
  • Experienced in SD integration with focus on other SAP-based ERP modules like FICO, MM, PP, and HR/PY.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification(s) in S/4HANA Sales & Distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA and ECC in a live production environment
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and defects within defined SLAs
  • Support service requests, configuration changes, and minor enhancements
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Support core SAP business processes from a Sales & Distribution (SD) perspective
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and propose solutions
  • Translate business requirements into SAP configuration or functional specifications
  • Provide functional support for integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., CPI, IDocs, APIs)
  • Coordinate with Basis, Security, and Infrastructure teams as needed for support-related issues
  • Support transport management across environments (DEV, QA, PROD)
  • Participate in regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensure proper documentation for changes, fixes, and enhancements
  • Maintain functional and technical documentation and post in project repository as directed by the Support Manager
  • Create and update training documents, SOPs, Scribe documents, cheat sheets, etc. as necessary
  • Support knowledge transfer within the support team
