Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision. We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Technical Consultant. The system is on BAU stage in a number of PwC territories, but still undergoing an intensive roll-out journey as a global solution, across the PwC network worldwide. You will be hired in Poland and become a member of the Polish team, but on a daily basis you will interact with the SAP Product team in Germany.

  • Act as a technical and process expert and work with business analysts, developers, and deployment teams to guide and resolve issues.
  • Analyze the impact of SAP release updates or other technologies within the BOS ecosystem and define and implement the necessary adaptation of either S/4HANA Public Cloud environments or S/4HANA Public Cloud security and authorization concepts.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP and more than 1.5 years experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Experience in handling integrations using various CPI adapters: ODATA, SFTP, FTP, IDOC, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, HTTP, REST, JDBC, XI Proxy Adapters.
  • Strong SAP and cloud-based experience, skilled in reporting and analytics (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud), authorization concepts (business roles, catalogs, restrictions), or environment and integration technologies.
  • Experience with WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD and XSLT technologies.
  • A good understanding of the specific requirements of the Professional Services business in a multinational firm.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Strong interpersonal, conceptual, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to propose suitable solutions for the stakeholders at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines.
  • Interest in working in a multifunctional team in a remote model.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in project management and/or leading others.
  • German communication skills.
  • Understanding of web service / API development.
  • Experience in CPI exception handling, error notification techniques and data persistence.
  • Experience with handling security artifacts, encryption and decryption mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of security concepts such as SSL, OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSH, Encryption mechanisms and handling security artifacts in CPI.
