About The Position

SAP S/4 Hana Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between project teams, key stakeholders, and leadership. Assist in preparing regular project status reports and presentations. Support the identification and management of project risks and issues. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts. Generate and distribute project reports to stakeholders. Contribute to lessons learned documentation for continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Support team members in task execution and problem-solving. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. Participate in project reviews and audits as required. SAP Transformation Program Support: Work closely with senior project managers to understand the SAP transformation program's objectives and milestones. Contribute to the implementation of SAP-related projects. Assist in the coordination of SAP system integration activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in project management and SAP technologies. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of project management methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

  • SAP Certified Technology Associate (S/4HANA) preferred
  • Hands on experience in handling S/4HANA Implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management and SAP technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in a project management or IT-related role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations on a regular schedule
