As the SAP S/4HANA OTC Lead for RISE Transformation, you will spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of Order-to-Cash processes during a cloud-enabled digital transformation. This role demands deep functional expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.

Lead the end-to-end OTC transformation within the RISE with SAP framework, including blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive adoption of best practices in S/4HANA Cloud.
Architect and configure core OTC processes: order management, pricing, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition.
Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, EWM, TM, and third-party systems.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities.
Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and change management activities.
Mentor and guide functional consultants and business analysts throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in OTC/SD and 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Proven leadership in RISE with SAP or cloud transformation programs.
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.
Experience with SAP Fiori, IDOCs/EDI, and BTP extensions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; SAP certification preferred.

Industry experience in CPG, manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
Familiarity with DSD (Direct Store Delivery), global trade, and compliance processes.
Exposure to AI/ML use cases, analytics, and carbon footprint optimization in OTC.
