This position is for a seasoned professional in SAP Release Management to join our team in managing the planning and execution of the SAP Release Management processes and governance. This is a hybrid position based out of one of Collins Major facilities. What YOU will do: Plan, manage, and co-ordinate all changes to the pre-production & production environment Provide leadership, direction and definition for the SAP release management function including planning, scheduling, test coordination and implementation of release deployments Establish, track and report metrics Provide expertise in implementing best practices for configuration management Participate in and/or lead the Change Approval Board Define, maintain and communicate the detailed plan for each release Work with Resource Managers, Service Managers, Project Managers, Cutover Leads, Quality Assurance Leads, Change Management, Technical Leads, Functional Leads, and others Make timely and sound business decisions that support the business objectives of Collins Aerospace Summarize and present key information to senior leadership enabling them to make decisions Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management practices to meet operational objectives Support, configure, and manage SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) Qualifications YOU Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Practical understanding of SAP's Transport process and BASIS functions. Familiarity with the workings of development and operations in an SAP environment. Release Management experience. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
