Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant with expertise in EWM integration to support key quality management initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2–3 days per week at the client's Raritan, NJ location. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) processes within pharmaceutical or regulated environments, along with working knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) functionalities and their integration with QM.

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP QM modules, including inspection planning, notifications, results recording, and quality certificates.
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to integrate QM processes with EWM for end -to -end supply chain quality compliance.
  • Support quality inspection processes in warehouse operations (incoming goods, stock transfers, outbound deliveries).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide solutions aligning with GMP/GxP compliance standards.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom development, interfaces, and reports related to QM and EWM processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and enhancements.
  • Participate in system testing, validation activities, and training end -users.
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory compliance and client -specific quality standards.
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP QM with at least 2+ years of hands -on integration experience with SAP EWM.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and warehouse quality processes.
  • Experience working in GxP -regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or life sciences).
  • Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA QM and EWM functionalities.
  • Proven ability to manage business stakeholder communications and deliver solutions independently.
  • Strong problem -solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior project experience in the pharma or biotech industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP ATTP, SAP GBT, or serialization projects.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment.
