About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SAP Plan-To-Make Senior Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for deploying and optimizing SAP production, quality management and materials management modules (primarily PP, MM and QM), ensuring seamless integration with business processes, and driving continuous improvement across supply chain operations. In this role you will report to the PTM Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA production planning, materials management and quality management modules (PP, MM, QM).
• Experience with production execution in a project systems environment preferred.
• Minimum of one full S/4 HANA end-to-end implementation.
• Strong understanding of production operations, supply chain, and quality processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP planning, production operations and quality solutions to support business needs.
• Configure and maintain SAP modules including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP planning, production and quality processes.
• Support end-users with training, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
