About The Position

A Senior SAP PS Consultant designs, implements, and optimizes Project System solutions in SAP S/4HANA (or ECC6, as needed), leading projects by gathering requirements, configuring modules, integrating with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO), mentoring juniors, and guiding clients on best practices, requiring strong functional expertise, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Requirements

• 6 to 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with involvement in at least 3 to 5 full-cycle implementations
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP PS, S/4HANA, and related modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Business acumen to translate Project Business needs into SAP solutions
• Project management experience (often in global, multi-disciplinary team)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent English

Nice To Haves

• Mergers and acquisition and large projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation/rollout projects, facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and design complex, tailored solutions
• Configure and customize SAP PS (Project System) module, for holistic process improvement
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO) and external systems
• Develop functional specifications, oversee testing (UAT, Unit Testing), and create training materials
• Mentor junior consultants, provide post-go-live support, and resolve complex user issues
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, manage risks, and communicate project progress to stakeholders
