Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Delivery Lead with a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects, with a specific focus on SAP Human Resources, Finance, and Manufacturing support.

Requirements

7+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP projects, with a focus on two or more of the following: HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
Experience leading cross functional teams aligned to SAP and other technology areas like Cyber, Cloud etc
Experience supporting proposal efforts
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)
Q Clearance and/or Top-Secret clearance required
Ability to travel up to 75%

Nice To Haves

PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
SAP SuccessFactors experience
SAP certifications aligned to HR, Finance, or Manufacturing modules are highly preferred.
Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale SAP projects, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and optimization.
Focus on SAP modules including HR (SuccessFactors), Finance, and Manufacturing.
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project challenges, and escalate issues as needed.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, including SAP consultants, IT professionals, and other technology experts across cloud and cybersecurity domains.
Foster collaboration and alignment across all project workstreams to achieve business goals.
Oversee and integrate technology solutions beyond SAP, including cloud initiatives, cybersecurity projects, and other IT transformations.
Ensure alignment of technology projects with organizational strategy and priorities.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to executive leadership and other stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
