This is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity. We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) space specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Nice To Haves

• Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams.
• SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live.
• Experience with the Production Operator Dashboard (POD), Labor Board, and new analytics within DMC.
• Leading full-cycle implementations for at least 3 years in the Digital Manufacturing Cloud Space alongside S/4 HANA capabilities.
• Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
