The opportunity
We innovate with SAP to co-create more innovative answers, drawing on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions and risk, as well as our work in implementing SAP. Together, we help clients provide better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution.
As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years of related work experience
• At least 1-2 full life cycle implementations and with one of them using SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with using SAP’s Materials Management Module and exposed to business processes specific to Procurement, Inventory Management and Invoice Processing
• Cross functional (Sales and Dist, Production Planning and Accounts Payable) knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Have led the Procure to Pay Workstream and have successfully led solution design workshops and established proof of concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%

Nice To Haves

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certification/s
• Experience with at least 1-2 full life cycle implementations with a focus on Procure to Pay value stream and with one of them implementing SAP S/4HANA

Responsibilities

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

Benefits

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
• The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900.
• The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.
• Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
• In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
