About The Position

We are hiring an SAP Process Consultant to join us in a dynamic role where you will lead the way in developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. As the primary contact for Materials Management, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels. Requirements

• Proficient in ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP experience.
• Previous experience in a materials management role or a related field preferred.
• Capable of leading and managing projects to successful completion.
• Exceptional communicator that is strong in engaging with both internal team members and external partners.
• Skilled in both written and verbal communication to ensure effective information exchange.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing solutions to a wide range of complex business issues and projects.
• Works under consultative direction toward long-range corporate goals and objectives.
• Recommends and implements solutions requiring ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
• Advanced knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts relevant to the position.
• Selects appropriate tools in completing analyses, drawing conclusions and developing points of view.
• Leads the continuous improvement and/or development of new tools and processes.
• Has broad cross-industry knowledge beyond Steelcase and is considered an expert within a given field, both internally and externally.
• Represents Materials Management as the primary contact for assigned scope of responsibility and/or projects.
• Leveraging expertise, actively builds positive business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates excellent impromptu communication skills. Tailors message to the audience.
• Communicates well with audiences of any size, at any level (both internally and externally).
