About The Position

The MIL Corporation seeks an SAP Process Analysis Manager (Business Analysis, Manager) to support a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) client at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD and Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) at St. Inigoes, MD. Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at client’s facility. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance. This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in process analysis and documentation for financial system implementations.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools.
• Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Navy SAP-based financial system
• Expertise with Navy financial and business processes such as acquisition, property management, financial accounting, working capital fund, workforce management, payroll or business intelligence.
• Any industry relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader supporting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NBO) with Navy ERP deployment, sustainment and major upgrades at NAWCAD.
• Provides detailed analyses of financial and business processes and procedures to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
• Employs business process models, activity flows, and data models.
• Utilize process mapping tools to document financial and business processes in support of system requirements and implementation.
