The Role End to End Business process expertise on the Record to Report Process across GL Account, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modelling Deep insights into driving finance efficiencies in the entire RTR value chain and deep expertise working with Commercial, Operation and other teams to drive efficiencies and automation across Statutory Finance and Management Reporting Managing full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP Finance and/or Controlling Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities

Requirements

10+ years of core SAP FICO consulting experience.
Prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 full-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
Deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including integration with SD/MM/PP.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Strong command over financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and cost management processes.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage large client engagements, and drive enterprise-level transformations.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and consulting skills.
SAP certification: FI, CO, or S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in multi-country rollouts or global template design.
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Responsibilities
