About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support an automobile manufacturing client located in West Point City, Atlanta. The consultant will be responsible for driving production planning processes, optimizing manufacturing operations, and ensuring seamless system integration across business functions.

Requirements

• 15+ years hands -on experience in SAP PP implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA PP (mandatory).
• Experience in the automobile manufacturing or similar discrete manufacturing domain is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of MRP, production order management, capacity planning, and integration scenarios.
• Experience in managing end -to -end PP cycles in hybrid/onsite environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Production Planning (PP) processes within the S/4HANA environment.
• Engage with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure PP functionalities.
• Configure and manage PP sub -modules such as MRP, MPS, SOP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Orders.
• Support integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, and CO modules.
• Optimize end -to -end manufacturing workflows, including BOM, routing, work centers, and scheduling.
• Provide support for production execution, planning strategies, and demand management.
• Manage testing cycles, UAT support, documentation, and user training.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure continuous improvement of PP processes.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and manufacturing standards.
