Job Purpose The Senior Analyst supports enterprise SAP solutions at Honda Aircraft Company This role serves as the functional lead and SME for SAP Quality Management (QM) and SAP Production Planning (PP) ensuring seamless integration across all modules and delivering scalable business solutions aligned with operational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of years in SAP QM and PP (other modules a plus).
5+ years project management, leading teams, building cross-organizational relationships.
Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
Proven leadership in managing onshore/offshore teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Deep functional expertise in SAP QM and PP modules.
Effective communicator with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Business or IT experience with strong understanding of project management principles
SAP process and application.
Understanding of Quality, Incident Management, Problem Management.
Working experience with coaching, mentoring.
Business case analysis, strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Honda IT Project Management Methodology.
Communication skills with strong written and presentation skills, and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements in the areas of SAP QM and PP modules.
Conduct workshops and blueprinting sessions to align SAP solutions with business goals.
Lead user acceptance testing and post go live support for projects and enhancements.
Configure SAP PP and QM modules to support Production Planning, Quality inspections, Quality notifications, and compliance processes.
Design and implement new Quality notification types to support business needs, including additional catalogues and code groups.
Ensure routing of follow-up tasks are maintained.
Configure SAP PP components including Material Master, Work Center, Demand Management, MRP and Production orders.
Provide support for Manufacturing Execution System.
Ensure seamless integration between PP and QM modules and other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FICO.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support SAP rollouts and post-go-live improvements.
Collaborate with ABAP developers to implement custom solutions and enhancements.
