About The Position

Flowserve is seeking an experienced SAP Plan‑to‑Manufacture & Service‑to‑Repair Analyst (S/4HANA) to support and optimize both our manufacturing and aftermarket service operations. This role will shape how Flowserve delivers engineered and make‑to‑order products as well as our critical repair and service processes. Acting as a bridge between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT, this position ensures that SAP S/4HANA solutions—across PP, QM, PM, and related modules—support Flowserve’s global manufacturing sites and service centers. The position is based in Irving, TX or Houston, TX and requires 50% travel within North America. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Requirements

• Based in Irving, TX or Houston, TX with ability to travel up to 50% in North America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience in PP, PM, QM, or closely related manufacturing modules.
• Hands‑on SAP configuration experience supporting discrete manufacturing and service/repair (MRO) environments.
• Deep knowledge of production master data, routings, BOMs, variant configuration, production orders, and shop floor execution.
• Strong understanding of service/repair workflows including service orders, equipment master, notifications, and refurbishment.
• Experience with quality, compliance, traceability, and ISO‑driven environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and clearly communicate across technical and business teams.
• Experience in global SAP projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong documentation, testing, and training capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in industrial equipment, flow control, rotating equipment, oil & gas, or similar manufacturing/service industries.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience with PP, QM, PM, or CS.
• Advanced understanding of ETO/MTO processes and aftermarket service models.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, PLM, or shop floor technologies.
• Familiarity with Flowserve’s pump, valve, and seal product lines.
• Strong ability to work with global cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on SAP configuration across PP, QM, and PM modules to support manufacturing and service‑to‑repair processes.
• Analyze and improve ETO/MTO manufacturing workflows and aftermarket service‑to‑repair operations.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from Engineering, Operations, Service Centers, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Map complex manufacturing, repair, and compliance requirements to SAP functionality to ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
• Support and lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, integrations, and global rollouts.
• Develop test plans and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing aligned with Flowserve quality standards.
• Provide post‑go‑live support for manufacturing and repair processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Create and deliver user documentation, work instructions, and training for manufacturing and service center teams.
• Monitor SAP performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across shop floors and service centers.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and best practices related to discrete manufacturing, engineered products, and service repair/MRO.
