About The Position
The Business Process Consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables. The consultant will implement, customize, and test solutions on client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed. The role involves preparing, designing, realizing and supporting Go-Lives for customer implementation projects, supporting feasibility studies and process design reviews, and detailed planning of process implementation. The consultant will also be responsible for detailed blueprinting for development requirements, developing and assuring quality of process models, and demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools. Additionally, the consultant will support the development of overall project plans and act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting. Up to 50% travel may be required when travel returns to normal pre-COVID levels.
